           Time to Strengthen our Bodies and Immune Systems for Winter.

          &#xD;

           Autumn is a time to Reflect , still our Hearts and Minds. Just as the trees begin to let go of their leaves and draw energy in for the winter, so must we.
          &#xD;

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Opportunity to LET GO of anything we no longer need or is holding us back from moving forward. 2026 is the Year of Moving Forward !
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Organs related to Autumn are the Lungs and Large Intestine (stomach).
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Breathing in and filling our Lungs with fresh autumn air.

           Letting Go and Elimination is the process of the Large Intestines so good time for a light Cleanse.

            your day with a cup of warm water &amp;amp; slice of lemon (before tea, coffee or food) aids digest. Maybe a short morning walk !

            After your Shower (standing on ground outside or inside in front of an open door for fresh air) Feet firmly on the ground, hands on lower belly, eyes closed &amp;amp; visualise anything or anyone you need to let go of – Long slow Breath In – Hold 1,2,3 – Slowly Breathe Out Release &amp;amp; Let Go – Repeat 3 times – Finish with a few slow cleansing breathes Knees slightly bent Breathe In &amp;amp; Out with your arms moving up &amp;amp; over your head &amp;amp; down !

      <title>Fear &amp; Freeze</title>

          I wrote this in 2022 unfortunately still very relevant today !

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I ignored the Fear chose Bananas over a meat pie,  kept my family healthy and moved forward.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div&gt;&#xD;

           Yes sound familiar we all do this once in a while may even be weekly, monthly and at the moment in the world we are now living in possibly daily !!! The way the media and news reports are throwing FEAR based stories at us constantly is really testing our bodies and minds on every level – Adults and Children alike.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Ok think about this what happens when we hear or see Fuel has just gone up to $2 a litre, Beans are $30 kilo, lettuces $12 each etc etc etc you know all the scenarious and to top it off the Interest rate hikes !
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           We FREEZE in FEAR of what is being presented and FEAR of the unknown yet to come. Think about what would happen if everyone and all industries / businesses chose to FREEZE in FEAR every time there was another price rise or Fear – Yes the world would come to a halt, nothing would move forward.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Take note on the news one week all our essential food items are rising through the roof – week later Oh the prices are now dropping – it’s like we are constantly riding a roller coaster of Fear.  Yes we have inflation and then property market and interest rates could not be sustained at the level they were – this is a constant throughout history and we have to learn to ride the waves. Cut back where we need to, consolidate as much as possible.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           BUT  Don’t allow FEAR to FREEZE you ! Take action no matter how big or small, one step at a time to keep moving forward in any way we can – look at your life where can I make some changes to let the fear go and keep the wheels turning. If we all do our bit to free ourselves up, stop listening and watching the fear based stuff being thrown at us daily – so what if the Beans are $30 kilo buy other greens until the price comes down and it will. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I remember a few years ago when Bananas became expensive I was at the green grocers and the lady serving me said “Can’t believe you can afford to buy bananas for your boys they are $2 each”. I replied
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            I would rather give my boys a banana at $2 which is good for them and gives them energy than a meat pie  or mars bar for $2”. The lady stood there in shock and said “Wow I never thought of it like that, makes sense” and YES the Bananas dropped again few weeks later in price ! I hope that lady took home some bananas for her family that day !
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Ignore all the hype, turn off the media hype, adjust , bend,  flex, respond don’t react and just make the best of what we have, relax and enjoy all the simple things in life together. Little less meat, more vegies and fruits in season, see if you can share driving with others to cut petrol costs., where can we walk or ride our bikes.  Think about what is scarier staying where you are in Fear or moving with the Flow like the ocean and making the most of life together. Fear never goes away but you can learn to overcome it.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           The Energy tip shared with me for this year is to walk quietly and kindly into 2023 ! 
          &#xD;

           Start deleting and replacing any Negative thought that enters your head with a Positive one, make it a habit and see the interesting changes and how you start to feel !
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Spend Less time with negative / draining people and more with positive, happy people, more fun stuff !

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           Reflect and Ask yourself :

           Where would I like more Courage, Strength, Curiosity, Creativity, Love, Peace, Purpose, Self Worth,

           Happiness – what fills my Joy tank ?

           Energised  - How ? 
          &#xD;

           Better Sleep routines at night so I can wake earlier, rise, stretch, drink glass of water then start my day.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Eat Healthy –  How ?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Write out a weekly meal plan of healthy choices and shop for the week , portion control is a good start for those that need it – write an Affirmation and stick where you read it daily 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           “I now easily eat foods that make me feel healthy”
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

            What fills my Joy Tank ?

           Different for all of us bring one or more of these things into your life – it can be simple like a 10 min walk in nature (no techno) …………………..

           Nature – Hmmm take note around you, you may not have done this for a while so it may feel a little foreign at first ! Stop and notice all the changes and benefits this season brings to us.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           NO techno devices – turn off and Disconnect now – so you can Reconnect with YOU !
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Just sit peacefully , even for a few moments, longer if you can in your garden, balcony, park,  at the beach or under the stars in the evening – a fav spot that brings you Peace !   Quietly sit eyes closed – take a few long slow deep breathes from your belly and slowly release through your mouth, this type of breathing slows your whole nervous system down and calms the mind.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            Keeping eyes closed NOW Connect with Nature listen to the birds, feel the breeze , warmth of the sun, water lapping on the shore, earth beneath your feet and really connect to ground you. We all live far too much in our heads these days – so take a few minutes each day and ease into some chill out time !
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
