Kinesiology restores balance to the body - using a muscle testing system to locate & shift the cause of imbalances within the body, assisting to relieve stress and support you to better health and a more relaxed, balanced way of life.  

Kinesiology, is a simple and natural health care system grounded in anatomy & physiology  which links traditional (Chinese) Oriental ideas of releasing energy blocks to create energy flow, with Western style muscle testing. 

When balance is restored the Immune System is strengthened & supported assisting your body to better health in a more natural way working at the cellular level, which are the building blocks of the body.

The Qest4 Bio resonance software allows the Practitioner to evaluate the Clients parameters of energetic health, using information gathered through the hardware system via painless, non-intrusive hand held electrodes.  

When a test is run on a Client the Qest4 Bio resonance machine sends informational patterns that are output through the test plate and the clients response is measured through the hand held electrodes – called “Energetic Imprints”.

At Thrive & Shine Health on arrival I conduct an individual assessment with the health information the Client shares, combined with muscle testing and the Bioenergetic testing to identify where the Client is out of balance and requires extra support. 

 I will then test up the best way to restore balance  for the Client, to strengthen you and support your health, immune system, body and mind for better energy, focus, clarity, vitality and motivation to enjoy a more balanced, healthy and happy life !

I will take a case history and ask questions regarding your physical health, stress levels and issues that may be causing the stress ie work, family, relationships, health.

Digital Kinesiology which is the Quest4 Bio resonance machine, will indicate imbalanced areas of the body by a : Under or Over Energy response. The aim is to improve and strengthen the under energy areas to bring the Body back to Balance.  This is the natural Homeostatis or inner wisdom we refer to as the bodies Innate Intelligence - the body knows what it needs.

Supporting your body and mind to Re-balance helps boost the immune system, relieve physical and emotional stress, anxiety, brain fog, digestion, lethargy and many other health issues that have been lingering or more recent, hindering your daily health and life.

Lifestyle advice or Manual Table Kinesiology may be part of and included in your session if required.

Please note that the Qest4 machine is NOT a diagnostic device but will give indications of where the areas of imbalance are in the body.

Following a session you should start to feel calmer, improved sleep, more energetic, more balanced, relaxed, clearer, less pain , improved digestion and less reactive to daily stresses in your life. The deep energetic sessions support your body to reset and rebalance over the course of a few sessions.

After an Initial first session a follow up session is required within 2 – 4 weeks then as needed, discussed between you and the practitioner.

Pets are remotely tested with fur samples provided by the owner and tested on the Qest4 Bioresonance machine.
